Production description

  • Single lumen needle.
  • Back-cut bevel.

When to use?

How to use?

Before use, wash the needle and the aspiration line carefully with an appropriate sterile culture medium.

  • Connect a first falcon-type sterile tube to the stopper (to be replaced when needed during the procedure).
  • Proceed to the ovum for aspiration under controlled pressure.

  • Specially designed to maintain follicular fluid temperature. When the vial is placed within a heat-controlled nest (Carteau & Ost, Labotect, etc.), the flange located in the upper part (diameter equal to the vial base) prevents arrival of outside air. ( Outside air can potentially lead to turmoil and heat shocks detrimental to oocytes.)

When to use?

  • Embryo transfer.

How to use?

Before use, wash the catheter carefully with an appropriate sterile culture medium. 

Embryo transfer 

  • Place the embryo in ELLIOCATH® with a small volume of culture medium. 
  • Position the sliding ring according to the uterus depth. (Depth should be measured prior to the procedure). 
  • Advance ELLIOCATH® to a distance of 1 cm from the uterine fundus. 
  • To facilitate cervical canal passage, push the catheter with a gentle rotational movement. 
  • Transfer embryo. 
  • Slowly withdraw the catheter.

Echogenic Curved Transfer Catheter

When to use?

How to use?

EMBRYO TRANSFER SET

Set For Difficult Embryo Transfer

Product description

  • Guided catheter (polypropylene), with a sliding ring with centimetric graduations.
  • Malleable removable mandrel.
  • Transfer catheter (polyurethane) with centimetric graduations on the proximal part.
  • The proximal (luer) end of the guiding catheter has been specifically designed for making the transfer catheter insertion easy.

When to use?

  • Embryo transfer in uterus, especially in the case of difficult transfers.
  • Intrauterine insemination.

How to use?

Before use, wash the embryo transfer set carefully with an appropriate sterile culture medium.

  • With the help of centimetric graduations, position the sliding ring (guiding catheter) according to the depth of the uterus (Uterus depth should be measured prior to procedure).
  • Give the guiding catheter-mandrel a shape, if necessary.
  • Cross the cervical canal up to the internal orifice.
  • Withdraw the mandrel.
  • Insert the transfer catheter into the guiding catheter and push it up until the first centimetric graduation reaches the guiding catheter entrance. Distal ends of both catheters should match properly.
  • Then push the transfer catheter with the help of centimetric graduations and proceed to transfer the embryo.
  • Very slowly, withdraw the two catheters simultaneously.

Product description

When to use?

How to use?

Before use: Wash the catheter carefully with an appropriate sterile culture medium. 

  • Fill PMIU connected to the syringe with sperm preparation.
  • Push PMIU into the uterus. 
  • Push the sperm preparation in slowly. 
  • Withdraw the catheter slowly.

Sperm Perfusion (I.U.I)

Product description

  • An internal PEBD catheter.
  • A cone-shaped obturating ring.
  • A stiff external tube.
  • A two ways stopcock.
  • The cone-shaped obturator allows an effective and atraumatic occlusion of external cervical os for all anatomic diameters from 6 mm to 20 mm.
  • This device is sterilized by gamma radiation.

When to use?

  • Hysterography.
  • Hysterosonography.
  • Sperm perfusion (Intrauterine insemination).
  • Methylene blue test.

How to use?

  • Insert OLIVENNES Cath through the cervix into the uterus and push it till an effective occlusion is obtained.
  • Maintaining the catheter in position, inject the preparation slowly (sperm preparation, saline water, contrast medium). 
  • Shut off the stopcock during the procedure. 
  • Remove the device slowly on completion of procedure.

How to use?
